How to Register

For employers who have not registered with EIS, register and pay with ASSIST

All employers in the private sector who have at least one employee must register their company and their employees and pay contributions at the rates specified in this table. Employees are only considered insured on the day their employer registers with SOCSO. Employers will be held liable and may be prosecuted if they do not carry out this responsibility.
