Program Penempatan Pekerjaan Semula adalah terbuka kepada awam dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kebolehpasaran pencari kerja.

Kaunseling Kerjaya

Kaunseling kerjaya merupakan proses Pegawai Perkhidmatan Pekerjaan PERKESO membantu pencari pekerjaan melalui khidmat nasihat dan sokongan yang diberikan bagi meningkatkan motivasi dan membuat pemilihan kerjaya yang bersesuaian.

Perkhidmatan Ppkerjaan adalah berkonsepkan pengurusan kes secara individu. Pegawai Perkhidmatan Pekerjaan akan memantau proses pencarian pekerjaan secara aktif bagi membantu Orang Berinsurans (OB) untuk kembali bekerja semula.

Pencarian Pekerjaan

Pegawai Perkhidmatan Pekerjaan membantu meningkatkan peluang pekerjaan melalui aktiviti carian jawatan kosong yang diiklankan oleh pihak majikan atau agensi pekerjaan melalui carian di portal pekerjaan atas talian (online), surat khabar, iklan-iklan di premis perniagaan, job canvassing atau pencarian lain yang diperakui.

Padanan & Penempatan Pekerjaan

Pegawai Perkhidmatan Pekerjaan akan melakukan padanan pekerjaan mengikut kesesuaian dan pilihan OB. Bagi memastikan OB mempunyai potensi bagi mendapatkan pekerjaan, sesi penilaian bersama akan diadakan bagi memenuhi keperluan majikan.

The Employability Program aims to improve the image of the Insured Person through courses such as Basic Communication, Personal Grooming, and Interview Preparations.

To increase their employability, eligible participants may attend vocational training to widen their skillset.

 
 
 

Certifications

Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) / Certified Return-to-Work Coordinator (CRTWC)

In 2010, PERKESO introduced two internationally accredited disability management certifications – namely, the Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) and the Certified Return-to-Work Coordinator (CRTWC) qualifications.

Interested and qualified members of the public will be required to attend 3 courses comprised of 26 CDMP modules and a Malaysia-specific module before sitting for the final examination. To facilitate participation, the courses and the examination are available in both Malay and English.

 
 
 

Graduate Empowerment Program

The Graduate Empowerment Program is a CSR program organized by SOCSO Employment Services for all higher learning institutions in Malaysia. The program aims to enhance graduate employability and targets students in their last semester who are actively seeking employment.

The Re-Employment Placement Program is open to the public and aims to increase the employability of jobseekers.

Career counselling involves giving career advice and emotional support to jobseekers to motivate them in their job search efforts.

Each Insured Person will be assigned to an Employment Services Officer who will monitor their job search activity while providing advice and support.

Employment Services Officers will assist their respective Insured Persons with searching for jobs using the Internet, newspaper advertisements, etc.

Employment Services Officers will assess their assigned Insured Person’s skills and interests to match them to the most suitable jobs.
